Chapter 7 - Unbroken and Forever HomeAt 8:30 PM, the private terrace was illuminated by dozens of soft, twinkling fairy lights strung through the oak trees.

The guests laughed and drank champagne near the stone hearth, their voices echoing happily across the quiet grounds.
I stood at the edge of the stone balustrade with Gabriel, wrapped in his heavy dark wool coat, feeling a deep, weightless peace settle into every corner of my soul.
Gabriel reached into his pocket, pulling out a small velvet box, opening it flat before me.
Inside sat a small, delicate gold key.
"What is this key for, my love?" I asked softly.
"It's the key to the main beachfront estate in St. Barts," Gabriel revealed, his dark eye burning with a deep, eternal warmth. "A place where there are no encrypted ledgers, no corporate boardrooms, and no shadows from the past. Just you, me, and the ocean."
Tears of pure, weightless joy welling in my eyes, I reached out, wrapping my arms around his neck, pulling his face down to mine in a deep, passionate, unhurried kiss that sealed our future forever.
"I love you, Gabriel," I whispered against his lips.

"I love you, Clara," Gabriel swore back, his deep baritone carrying the weight of an absolute, unbroken covenant. "Forever and always."
Standing under the vast, unbroken sky, wrapped in the arms of the man who loved every inch of my soul, holding my head high, I knew that my life, my heart, and my future were finally, beautifully, and forever home.
