Chapter 4 - The Fall of the AccomplicesWhile Dominic Russo was being processed at the federal precinct, my private security teams executed simultaneous search warrants on his private penthouse in Gold Coast Chicago.

The luxury residence—purchased using stolen Moretti trust capital—was seized under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.

Inside the grand living room, Dominic’s mistress and corporate accomplice, Sophia Reynolds, stood frantic before open safes, trying to pack gold bars and designer jewelry into leather bags.

BOOM!

The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!

Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed officers.

"Sophia Reynolds!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"

Sophia spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY HUSBAND IS THE MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MORETTI LOGISTICS! YOU CAN'T TOUCH MY PROPERTY!"

"Dominic Russo is currently in federal holding facing thirty years in a federal penitentiary without parole, Miss Reynolds," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under your name has been seized by order of Chairwoman Laura Bennett-Moretti."

The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:

THE ASSET SEIZURE: Immediate repossession of her jewelry collections, luxury vehicles, and bank accounts.

THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Gold Coast estate.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of her high-society club memberships and corporate credentials.

Sophia collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping hysterical, pathetic tears as officers served her with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed her total, public disgrace.
