Chapter 3 - The Expulsion of the ParasitesI escorted Emma out of the service wing, bypassing the stunned catering staff and walking straight into the main dining hall where the opulent celebration was still in full swing.

"Shut your mouth, Mother," I interrupted, my voice echoing off the vaulted ceilings with the force of an avalanche. Margaret recoiled as if she had been physically struck, her jaw dropping. I walked down the steps toward the center of the room, where Michael stood holding his drink like a deer caught in headlights. "For five years, I sent hundreds of thousands of dollars every single month to this household," I stated loudly, looking around at every single guest and family member assembled in my home. "I trusted you to invest in our future, to take care of my estate, and most importantly, to honor and protect my wife. Instead, you turned my home into a den of thieves, treated Emma like an imprisoned servant, and mocked me behind my back while funding your luxury cars and designer clothes off the sweat of her labor." Panic erupted instantly across the room. Michael tried to stammer out a denial, shouting that it was all a misunderstanding, while Margaret began weeping hysterically, accusing me of being ungrateful. I didn't raise my voice; I simply raised my hand toward the grand double doors. Four massive armed private security guards, whom I had summoned the moment I walked into the courtyard, marched into the room, their heavy tactical boots stamping in unison. "Clear the house," I commanded the head of security, pointing a steady finger at my family and their guests. "Every single person who is not an employee of mine has exactly ten minutes to pack their bags and get off my property. Anyone who resists goes out in handcuffs." The ensuing chaos was magnificent—designer handbags were dropped, champagne flutes shattered on the marble floor, and my mother shrieked in absolute rage as she was bodily escorted toward the front gates by towering guards, realizing too late that the golden goose had just slaughtered its keepers.
