Chapter 4 - The Fall of the ConspiratorsWhile Tiffany Vance, Victor Vance, and Walter Briggs were being processed at the Davidson County Maximum Security Facility without bail, private security enforcement teams executed simultaneous search warrants on Tiffany’s luxury penthouse in Belle Meade, Nashville.

The high-end residence—purchased using embezzled Sullivan trust capital—was repossessed under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.

Inside the grand master bedroom, Tiffany’s socialite mother, Evelyn Vance, stood frantic before open floor safes, trying to pack gold jewelry, designer handbags, and offshore bearer bonds into leather duffel bags.

BOOM!

The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!

Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed Vance Security officers.

"Evelyn Vance!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"

Evelyn spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY DAUGHTER IS FINANCING GARRETT SULLIVAN! YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS PROPERTY!"

"Miss Tiffany Vance and Mr. Walter Briggs are currently in federal holding facing thirty years in a federal penitentiary without parole for Extortion and Wire Fraud, Mrs. Vance," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under your family's shell companies has been repossessed by order of Chairwoman Megan Bennett-Sullivan."

The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:

THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of all luxury vehicles, jewelry collections, and bank accounts.

THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Belle Meade penthouse.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of her high-society credentials and corporate access.

Evelyn collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping hysterical, pathetic tears as officers served her with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed her total, public disgrace.
