Chapter 4 - The Fall of the Whitmore DynastyWhile Richard and Nathan Whitmore were being processed at the federal precinct without bail, private security teams executed simultaneous search warrants on Nathan’s luxury penthouse in Buckhead, Atlanta.

The high-end residence—purchased using embezzled Vance trust capital—was seized under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.
Inside the grand master bedroom, Nathan’s socialite mistress, Victoria Sterling, stood frantic before open safes, trying to pack gold jewelry and designer handbags into leather suitcases.
BOOM!
The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!
Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed Vance Security officers.
"Victoria Sterling!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"
Victoria spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! THIS ESTATE BELONGS TO NATHAN WHITMORE! YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS PROPERTY!"
"Mr. Nathan Whitmore is currently in federal holding facing thirty years in a federal penitentiary without parole, Miss Sterling," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under his name has been repossessed by order of Chairwoman Emily Vance."
The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:
THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of her luxury vehicles, jewelry collections, and bank accounts.
THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Buckhead residence.
