Chapter 4 - The Audit on the TerraceCRASH!

Arthur set his glass down flat against the table with a sharp, heavy thud that made the silverware rattle.
He stood up slowly. All six-foot-two of him rose like a towering, inescapable shadow over Richard Miller. The broad, billionaire titan radiated an absolute, sovereign power that made Richard’s two heavy-set bodyguards instantly step back two paces in subconscious terror.
"My name is Lord Arthur Vance," Arthur spoke cleanly into the ocean air. "I am the sole owner of Vance Global Maritime, the Vance Hotel Group, and this establishment."
Richard’s arrogant sneer froze on his face. His eyes bulged out of his head as he stared at Arthur’s face, recognizing the legendary billionaire whose face adorned every financial magazine in Florida.
"L-Lord Vance...?" Richard stammered, his voice cracking into high, pathetic squeaks. "I... I didn't realize... this is a private family matter, sir! This woman's late husband owed my firm—"
"Mark Miller owed you nothing, Richard," Arthur interrupted flatly, pulling an encrypted smartphone from his inner jacket pocket, tapping the screen twice.
High-definition digital ledgers, bank audits, and federal fraud reports instantly projected onto Arthur's tablet screen, which he turned flat toward Richard's face.
The red typography illuminated the bright sunlight:
FORGERY AUDIT (MARK MILLER ESTATE): Documenting Richard Miller forging Mark Miller's signature on a three-hundred-thousand-dollar secondary promissory note following his death.
ILLEGAL EXTORTION & HARASSMENT: Certified phone logs and text transcripts capturing Richard Miller threatening Anna Miller and her son.
FEDERAL RICO INDICTMENTS: Prepared by Vance Global Litigation against Miller Capital LLC for illegal predatory lending and grand fraud.
Richard’s face turned an ugly, paper-white shade of green. Sweat poured down his neck, soaking his designer polo collar.

"You... you audited my firm?!" Richard gasped out, his hands shaking so violently he dropped his crumpled promissory note onto the white deck floorboards.
"I had my legal team audit your entire life two days ago, Richard," Arthur revealed with a cold, razor-sharp smile. "I knew Anna was coming here for Tyler's birthday today. And I ensured that the trap was set before she even boarded the bus."
