Chapter 3 - The Sanctuary on Fifth AvenueWhile Sophia Reynolds was being processed at the federal precinct, private security teams executed simultaneous search warrants on Sophia’s private penthouse in Gold Coast Chicago.

The luxury residence—purchased using stolen divorce settlement capital—was seized under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.

Inside the grand living room, Sophia’s brother, Julian Reynolds, stood frantic before open safes, trying to pack gold bars into leather bags.

BOOM!

The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!

Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed Vance Security officers.

"Julian Reynolds!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"

Julian spun around, his manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY SISTER IS THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF MORETTI GLOBAL! YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS PROPERTY!"

"Moretti Global went into emergency receivership at ten o'clock tonight, Mr. Reynolds," Deputy Hayes informed him deadpan. "And all property registered under your sister's name has been repossessed by order of Chairwoman Claire Bennett."

The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:

THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of her jewelry collections, luxury vehicles, and bank accounts.

THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Gold Coast penthouse.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of her high-society credentials and social memberships.

Julian collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping pathetic tears as officers served him with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed his total, public disgrace.
