Chapter 4 - The Fall of the ConspiratorsWhile Daniel Mercer, Patricia Mercer, and Michael Mercer were being processed at the Cook County Maximum Security Facility without bail, private security enforcement teams executed simultaneous search warrants on Patricia’s luxury estate in Greenwich.

The high-end residence—purchased using embezzled Bennett trust capital—was repossessed under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.
Inside the grand master bedroom, Patricia’s socialite sister, Victoria Mercer, stood frantic before open floor safes, trying to pack gold jewelry, designer handbags, and offshore bearer bonds into leather duffel bags.
BOOM!
The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!
Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed Vance Security officers.
"Victoria Mercer!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"
Victoria spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY FAMILY OWNS THIS ESTATE! YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS PROPERTY!"
"Mr. Daniel Mercer, Mrs. Patricia Mercer, and Mr. Michael Mercer are currently in federal holding facing thirty years in a federal penitentiary without parole for Aggravated Assault, Wire Fraud, and Larceny, Mrs. Mercer," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under their family's shell companies has been repossessed by order of Chairwoman Emily Bennett-Moretti."
The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:
THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of all luxury vehicles, jewelry collections, and bank accounts.
THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on the Greenwich estate.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of their high-society credentials and corporate access.
Victoria collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping hysterical, pathetic tears as officers served her with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed her total, public disgrace.
