THE TWINS' ENDOWMENT: Forty percent of all Calloway Heritage equity was permanently transferred into an irrevocable trust under the names of Theo and Eli Calloway, securing their status as the sole heirs to the multi-billion-dollar enterprise.
MY RESIGNATION: I officially stepped down as operational CEO of Calloway Heritage, appointing Martin Hayes as Managing Director, so I could dedicate my time to my family.
