Chapter 3 - The Audit of the Miller EmpireAt 8:00 AM the following morning, the fifty-story corporate headquarters of Miller Aerospace Defense in downtown Atlanta was in a state of total, historic upheaval.

Inside the glass-walled executive boardroom on the top floor, Catherine Miller sat at the head of a thirty-foot conference table, surrounded by eight high-priced corporate attorneys and five executive vice presidents.

"Tell the bank managers to authorize the transfer!" Catherine screamed into her speakerphone, her fingers digging violently into the mahogany table. "I don't care about the federal hold! Wire the sixty million to Panama right now!"

BOOM!

The heavy double glass doors of the boardroom were thrown open with a violent, hydraulic impact!

Walking down the central carpeted aisle, flanked by Marcus Vance, six armed military marshals, and two federal prosecutors, was Senior Corporate Attorney Bridget Colton.

Bridget wore an immaculate charcoal tailored suit, her sharp blue eyes holding profound, surgical satisfaction as she tossed a heavy stack of red-sealed legal binders flat onto the table before Catherine.

"The wire transfer is dead, Mrs. Miller," Bridget Colton announced flatly, her voice echoing cleanly across the silent room. "As is your tenure as Chairwoman."

Catherine stood up, her chest heaving, her eyes wild with panic. "THIS IS AN ILLEGAL CORPORATE SEIZURE! MY LATE HUSBAND BUILT THIS COMPANY!"

"Your late husband built this company on original maritime and guidance patents that were legally willed exclusively to his eldest daughter, Rosalie Miller-Sinclair," Bridget revealed coldly, tapping the red-sealed binders.

Bridget pointed to the high-definition displays around the boardroom:

THE FRAUDULENT EXCLUSION: Certified probate audits proving Catherine Miller forged her late husband's 2018 codicil to strip Rosalie of her fifty-one percent controlling equity.

THE EMBEZZLEMENT LOG: Federal banking registries documenting Catherine and Amanda Miller diverting $72 million from defense contracts into offshore shell companies over five years.

THE ATTEMPTED ASSASSINATION AUDIT: Forensic blood matching recovered from Amanda Miller’s luxury SUV matching Rosalie’s DNA.

Catherine dropped back into her leather chair, her hands shaking so violently she knocked over her water glass.

Before she could speak, the double glass doors opened again.

I walked into the boardroom.

I wore my dark service dress uniform, my medals gleaming beneath the lights, my dark hair neatly cut, my broad frame radiating an untouchable, sovereign authority that dropped the room's temperature to zero.

Catherine looked up at me, her eyes filling with an absolute, terrifying realization of her complete downfall.

"Alexander..." Catherine stammered, her voice cracking into a high, pathetic thread. "You... you can't destroy Miller Aerospace... it's our family legacy..."

"It was never your legacy, Catherine," I answered, looking down at her with an absolute, weightless disgust. "It was Rosalie's. And today, she takes it back."

Lead Federal Marshal Hayes stepped forward, locking heavy steel handcuffs around Catherine Miller's manicured wrists behind her back.

"Catherine Miller," Marshal Hayes declared coldly. "You are under arrest for Treason, Interstate Wire Fraud, Forgery, and Attempted Premeditated Murder."
