Chapter 3 - The Unraveling of the Corporate MaskBefore Trevor could lunge or stammer out another desperate denial, the flashbulbs of the corporate media photographers

I reached into my designer handbag, pulling out a thick, pristine Manila folder identical to the one I had shared with Julian weeks prior, and tossed it casually onto the main buffet table right beside the chocolate fountain. "For anyone interested in how StellarTech’s senior director manages his personal and professional ethics, feel free to review the itemized hotel billing statements, corporate expense account diversions, and romantic itineraries funded partly by company travel reimbursements," I announced clearly, loud enough for the entire front section of the ballroom to hear. Arthur Sterling stepped forward, his eyes narrowing as he picked up the folder, flipping open the first page to reveal damning financial records and time-stamped text logs. Trevor let out a strangled cry, reaching out to snatch the papers away, but security guards intervened, blocking his path. The gala had transformed from a corporate celebration into a public execution, and Julian and I stood side-by-side as the architects of their complete and utter destruction.
