Chapter 5 - The Fall of the ConspiratorsWhile Victoria Calloway was being processed at the Cook County Maximum Security Facility without bail, federal security teams executed simultaneous search warrants on Richard Sterling-Smith’s luxury penthouse in Gold Coast Chicago.

The high-end residence—purchased using embezzled Calloway trust capital—was repossessed under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.
Inside the grand master bedroom, Richard’s socialite wife, Evelyn Sterling-Smith, stood frantic before open floor safes, trying to pack gold jewelry, designer handbags, and offshore bearer bonds into leather suitcases.
BOOM!
The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!
Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed Vance Security officers.
"Evelyn Sterling-Smith!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"
Evelyn spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY HUSBAND IS CHIEF LEGAL COUNSEL FOR CALLOWAY CAPITAL! YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS PROPERTY!"
"Mr. Richard Sterling-Smith and Mrs. Victoria Calloway are currently in federal holding facing life imprisonment without possibility of parole for First-Degree Murder, Miss Sterling-Smith," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under your family's shell companies has been repossessed by order of Chairwoman Naomi Vance-Calloway."
The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:
THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of all luxury vehicles, jewelry collections, and bank accounts.
THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Gold Coast penthouse.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of her high-society credentials and corporate access.
Evelyn collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping hysterical, pathetic tears as officers served her with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed her total, public disgrace.
