Chapter 4 - The Fall of Sophia ReynoldsWhile Vincent was suffering his public downfall at the courthouse, federal enforcement officers executed simultaneous search warrants on Sophia Reynolds’s family estate in Oak Brook.

The luxury residence—purchased using stolen corporate credit lines provided during her brief manipulation of Moretti Global—was seized under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.

Inside the grand living room, Sophia stood frantic before open safes, trying to pack gold jewelry and designer handbags into leather suitcases.

BOOM!

The heavy double glass doors of the foyer were thrown open!

Deputy Marshal Hayes stepped inside, flanked by four armed officers.

"Sophia Reynolds!" Deputy Hayes declared coldly. "Drop the bags and step away from the safe!"

Sophia spun around, her manicured fingers shaking furiously. "WHAT IS THIS?! MY FAMILY HAS BEEN IN CHICAGO HIGH SOCIETY FOR THIRTY YEARS! YOU CAN'T TOUCH MY PROPERTY!"

"Your family's firm went into federal bankruptcy receivership at noon today, Miss Reynolds," Deputy Hayes informed her deadpan. "And all property registered under your name has been seized by order of Trustee Claire Bennett."

The enforcement team executed the seizure warrants without hesitation:

THE ASSET SEIZURE: Repossession of her jewelry collections, luxury vehicles, and bank accounts.

THE EVICTION: Formal twenty-four-hour eviction notice executed on her Oak Brook estate.

THE TERMINATION: Permanent revocation of her corporate credentials and social memberships across Illinois.

Sophia collapsed flat onto the marble floor, weeping hysterical, pathetic tears as officers served her with civil seizure notices while news crews filmed her total, public disgrace for the evening news.
