Chapter 4 - The Unmasking at the PenthouseWhile the Commission was ratifying Luca's control at the Moretti Tower, federal marshals executed simultaneous search warrants on Charlotte's private penthouse in Upper East Manhattan.

The luxury residence—purchased using stolen trust capital—was seized under federal civil asset forfeiture laws.
Inside the grand living room, Charlotte's personal secretary, Sophia Vance, stood frantic before open safes, trying to shred incriminating financial documents before federal agents breached the foyer.
BOOM!
The heavy double glass doors of the penthouse were thrown open!
Lead Marshal Miller stepped inside, flanked by four armed federal officers.
"Sophia Vance!" Marshal Miller declared coldly. "Drop the documents and step away from the shredder!"
Sophia froze, her hands shaking violently as she dropped a stack of bearer bonds onto the Persian rug. "I... I was just following Mrs. Moretti's instructions! I didn't know about the embezzlement!"
"You signed twelve forged wire transfer authorizations as an officer of the shell company, Miss Vance," Marshal Miller informed her deadpan. "You are under arrest for Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud, Money Laundering, and Accessory to Kidnapping."
